Therapy in Tennessee · In person + Telehealth

Less stuck.
More connected.

Therapy for people who are tired of overthinking, carrying everything alone, or feeling disconnected from themselves and the people they care about.

“Therapy can be a place to understand what’s keeping you stuck—and practice doing something different.”
Meet Samantha

Support that feels human.

I’m Samantha Raphael, LPC-MHSP(A)/NCC/CYT. My approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when you feel understood—not judged.

I integrate evidence-based therapy with mindfulness and mind-body awareness, helping clients better understand patterns, build usable skills, communicate more effectively, and reconnect with what matters to them.

Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, we’ll draw from strategies that fit you, your goals, and what is happening in your life right now.

Ways we can work together

Therapy for real life.

01 · Anxiety

Anxiety & Overthinking

For worry, perfectionism, self-doubt, people pleasing, feeling overwhelmed, or a mind that rarely seems to switch off.

02 · Relationships

Couples & Connection

Strengthen communication, understand recurring patterns, navigate transitions, and feel more connected to one another.

03 · Depression

Depression & Low Mood

Support for feeling stuck, disconnected, unmotivated, or unlike yourself—and for finding a way forward that feels manageable and meaningful.

04 · Specialized

OCD, Trauma & Transitions

Support for intrusive thoughts, OCD/ROCD, trauma, grief, ADHD, identity shifts, and difficult life changes.

My approach

Insight is useful.
So are tools.

We can make room for the deeper “why” while also working on what helps you move through your week differently. Therapy may include conversation, skills practice, mindfulness, exposure work, values exploration, or noticing patterns in thoughts, emotions, relationships, and the body.
